By accessing or using Hairook ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the App.

  • The App does NOT provide medical advice

  • Do NOT use the App to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition

Age Restrictions

  • Users under 13 are not permitted to use the App
  • By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years old

Account Registration

AI Chat Assistant

Limitations

  • It is NOT a medical professional and cannot diagnose or treat conditions
  • Do NOT share highly personal medical information in chat
  • Chat conversations may be stored for service improvement
  • The AI assistant is not a substitute for professional medical advice

Privacy Warning

While we take measures to protect your privacy, we recommend not sharing sensitive personal medical information in the AI chat feature. For specific medical concerns, consult a healthcare provider directly.

Product Recommendations

No Guarantees

  • Product recommendations are based on algorithmic analysis and are not guaranteed
  • Individual results may vary significantly
  • We do not guarantee that recommended products will work for you
  • We are not responsible for any adverse reactions to products
  • Always patch test new products before full use

No Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Any adverse reactions to products recommended by the App
  • Product effectiveness or lack thereof
  • Allergic reactions or sensitivities
  • Any damages resulting from use of recommended products
  • Decisions made based on App recommendations

Subscription Terms

Free Version

  • The free version includes limited searches and matches per month
  • The free version may include advertising
  • Features may be limited compared to premium

Premium Subscription

  • Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • Cancellation must be done through your device's app store
  • Refunds are subject to app store policies
  • We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with notice

Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds for partial billing periods
  • Access to premium features continues until the end of the paid period

Intellectual Property

Our Rights

  • The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by HYT
  • All trademarks, logos, and brand names are our property
  • The matching algorithm and software are proprietary

Your Rights

  • You retain ownership of your personal data and content you provide
  • You grant us a license to use your data as described in our Privacy Policy

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE"
  • We make no warranties, express or implied, about the App's accuracy, reliability, or suitability
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App (if any) in the past 12 months
  • We are not responsible for any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HYT, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the App
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Any content you submit through the App

Account Deletion

Your Right to Delete

  • You may delete your account at any time through the App settings
  • You may also request deletion by contacting support@hairook.com
  • Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed as described in our Privacy Policy

Our Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
  • We are required to do so by law

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

  • Posting updated Terms in the App
  • Updating the "Last Updated" date
  • Sending email notification (if applicable)

Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and HYT regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
